This policy explains the little data the app handles and why.

Information we do not collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• User accounts or login credentials
• Your hand-by-hand training history (it stays on your device)
• Location data, advertising identifiers, or your device's hardware identifiers
• Contacts or social media information
• Behavioral tracking or advertising data

Local storage only

Your training results, statistics, settings and preferences are stored on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app. The optional AI Insights feature, described below, sends only an anonymous statistical summary, never your stored history.

AI Insights

AI Insights is optional and only runs when you ask for it. When you tap to generate an insight, the app sends an anonymous summary of your recent training statistics to our servers, which produce your coaching analysis. The summary contains things like accuracy percentages by hand type, counting accuracy, session counts and your current training settings. It does not contain your name, contact details, device identifiers or location, and it cannot be used to identify you.

To keep the feature fair and prevent abuse, the app creates a random identifier when it is installed. This identifier is used only to limit the number of AI requests a device can make per day. It is not derived from your device, is not linked to any personal information, and is reset if you reinstall the app.

We use trusted service providers to operate this feature. They process this data only on our behalf and only to produce your analysis. They are required to protect it to at least the standard described in this policy and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes, including training their own systems.

Request logs are kept briefly for reliability and abuse prevention and are then deleted. All transmission is encrypted.

Minimal technical data

The app contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting software. If you have chosen to share analytics with developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may provide us with anonymous, aggregated information such as app and OS version, crash reports, and aggregate usage figures. This information cannot identify individual users and is used only for app improvement and bug fixes.

The free game at blackjackaipro.com/play is dealt by our game server. To run it, the game stores a random identifier in your browser, created on your first visit and not linked to you; the state of your current game (cards, bets, play-money bankroll); and a one-way scrambled version of your network address. The identifier and the scrambled address are used only to pick up your game where you left it and to apply the daily High Score game limit. If you finish a High Score game in the top 10, the three initials you type are shown publicly on the board with your score.

When a High Score game starts, a bot check from our security provider runs in your browser to confirm a person is playing. Unfinished games are deleted after 14 days. Clearing your browser's site data removes the identifier and starts you fresh.

No third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own use. The only parties that ever handle data from the app are the service providers that help us generate AI Insights, described above, and they act strictly on our instructions. There are no advertising networks, trackers, analytics companies, social media integrations, data brokers or marketing partners.

App stores

Blackjack AI Pro is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to the download and purchase process. The app does not use store features beyond basic purchase and update functionality.

Your rights

• Control: all data stays on your device under your control.
• Deletion: delete the app to remove everything stored on your device; AI request logs expire on their own.
• Access: view your data at any time in the app's statistics.
• No tracking: we cannot track you across apps or websites.
• Minimization: only anonymous statistics ever leave your device, and only when you ask for an AI Insight.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California or another region with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on request, but you can always write to us with questions.

Data security

Your training data is stored on your device, so its security depends on your device's security features. The anonymous summary sent for AI Insights is encrypted in transit. Keep your device updated and use a passcode.

Age requirements

This app is rated 17+ on the App Store and intended for adults because of its gambling-related educational content. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
