How do I get started?
Start with Basic Strategy with hints on. When hard, soft and pair accuracy all read 100 percent for a week, move to Card Counting. Add Speed Counting any time; it is a five-minute daily drill.
What is the difference between the training modes?
Basic Strategy grades playing decisions. Card Counting adds the Hi-Lo running count and count checks. Speed Counting times a deck countdown. Deviations drills the index plays with trap hands.
Where do I change decks, penetration and dealer rules?
Tools, then the settings entry for the mode. Each mode has its own settings. Card Counting has decks, penetration, H17 or S17, surrender, count-check interval and the count display.
What does AI Insight do, and is it private?
It writes a short coaching read from an anonymous summary of your recent statistics: accuracy by hand type, counting accuracy, trends. No hand history, no account, no identity. The summary is sent only when you tap for an insight. See the privacy policy for details.
How is the bankroll calculator different from others?
It uses frequency and advantage tables simulated for your exact rules instead of a generic edge, supports trip and career modes, two hands at high counts, and wonging out.
Can I reset my statistics?
Yes. On the Stats tab, open the menu at the top right and reset basic strategy, counting, speed or deviations separately.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. Get it on Google Play for the same $8.99 one-time price. Purchases do not carry across stores, because Apple and Google sell the app separately.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Blackjack AI Pro and request a refund. If something is broken, email us first and we will fix it.
