Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing or using Blackjack AI Pro (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of service

Blackjack AI Pro is a mobile application that teaches blackjack basic strategy, card counting and strategy deviations through training modules, and provides a bankroll calculator and an optional AI Insights feature.

AI Insights

The AI Insights feature produces an automated coaching analysis from an anonymous summary of your training statistics, as described in our Privacy Policy. The analysis is generated by automated systems, may contain errors or omissions, and is offered as training guidance only. It is not financial, legal or gambling advice, and you should not rely on it as a prediction of results in real play.

The feature depends on network services. It may be rate limited, delayed, changed or temporarily unavailable, and when it is unavailable the App may show a simplified analysis produced on your device instead. You agree not to access the feature by automated means or in an excessive manner.

Educational purpose and gambling disclaimer

• No guarantee of winning or profit in real casino play
• Card counting may be unwelcome at some casinos
• Gambling involves risk and can lead to financial loss
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction
• The App contains no real-money wagering

Eligibility and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms, not to reverse engineer or modify it, not to use it for unlawful purposes, and to respect our intellectual property.

Purchases

The App is sold for a one-time price through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by the store under its terms. If something in the App is not working, contact us first and we will fix it.

Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, simulation data, algorithms and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited uses

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the App
• Removing or altering proprietary notices

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

App store terms

Additional terms apply based on the platform from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play). You agree to comply with those third-party terms.

Updates, modifications and termination

We may modify, update or discontinue the App at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access to the App for breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
